Refund/Cancellation Policy


We take pride in both our products and our customer service. If you have an issue with a product that we have built, we would appreciate the opportunity to come up with a satisfying solution.




We want our customers to be pleased with their experience. If for any reason you have a problem, please call or email our office. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. All returns must have prior approval and will be assigned an RMA number and paperwork to go with the return. Returns must be received no later than 10 business days from date of RMA and will be inspected for condition before any work is performed.  




Cancellation of non-rifle orders may be done via email or by calling our shop.  If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. All orders require a minimum 20% deposit; orders cancelled within the first 48 hours of order date will receive the full deposit back. Any orders cancelled after 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.   We understand that individual situations may vary, so please contact our customer service department to discuss cancellation options.




Every Trident Rifle comes with an heirloom lifetime warranty to the original registered owner. Warranty does not cover parts that are not manufactured by Trident Armory or any problems caused by user neglect/error.
